General
Questions
What
is a device driver?
A device driver is a program that controls
a particular type of device (like a printer, CD drive,
and so on) that is attached to your computer. When
you buy an operating system, many device drivers are
built into the operating system (ie: Windows XP).
However, if you later buy a new type of device that
the operating system didn't anticipate, you'll have
to install the new device driver.
What
is an "illegal operation"?
An illegal operation, often seen in error messages,
is a statement to the operating system (Windows) or
an instruction to the CPU that specifies an operation
that is unknown to the operating system or processor
and that therefore can't be performed. The result
is that the operating system or processor usually
terminates the program that made the "illegal"
request. If that program was an application that you
were using, you may find that data you were entering
was lost.

Questions
How
do I access my webmail account?
Go to your web address (ie: www.yourdomainname.com)
and use the /webmail. From here, you will be prompted
to enter your username and password. Then you can
access your webmail account. The first time you access
your webmail account, you will be prompted to go through
a few set up screens to determine your webmail preferences.
Once you have those set, you can continue on to your
webmail account.
Why
am I getting a password error when trying to retrieve
my email?
The username and/or password
is not matching with entries on the servers hosting
your profile. Try re-entering the password or another
password that you might have. Or the POP server is
incorrect. Double check the POP server settings to
be mail.itiws.com. Or the username and password you
are using are incorrectly entered. Check the caps
lock key on your keyboard.

is a URL?
A URL (Universal Resrouce Locator) is the address
for your home page. For example: www.yourdomainname.com.
How
do I access the stats for my web site?
