Email configuration instructions for Netscape® Communicator:

With Netscape Navigator open go to "Options" then select "Mail & News Preferences." Click on "Servers."

Outgoing Mail SMTP Server: Provided by ISP
Incoming Mail Server: mail.itiws.com
POP Account: jsmith (Your login goes here)

Nothing else needs to be filled out in this section. Everything else is set as a default.

Next click on "Identity" and fill out the information in that part.

Your Name: John Q. Smith
Email Address: jsmith@yourdomain.com
Reply to address: jsmith@yourdomain.com
Organization: Your Company Name or Leave Blank

Then click Okay at the bottom to save all of the Configurations you have entered. To access your Netscape email you must of course be dialed in to send and/or receive email and you will then need to click on the little envelope in the bottom right hand corner in the Netscape Navigator Browser.

The first time you open your email you will be asked to type in your password. Enter it in, making sure you do not have the caps lock on. It will not ask again as you have asked it to remember your mail password.
